SOBRE O CURSO

O curso de dois dias Certified Scrum Master introduz os conceitos de liderança ágil de projectos utilizando a metodologia Scrum. Os participantes que passarem na certificação obterão o certificado de Certified Scrum Masters, um primeiro passo no caminho para a adopção de formas mais ágeis de desenvolver projectos.
O formato do curso consiste em diversos tópicos teóricos, exercícios e discussões de grupo. Os participantes ficarão a saber como planear, participar e coordenar  “Sprint Planning Meetings”, “Daily Scrum Meetings”, “Sprint Reviews”, “Sprint Retrospectives” entre outros tópicos.  Será também dedicado algum tempo a analisar a experiência prática do instrutor na gestão de projectos ágeis e a orientar equipas Scrum.

SOBRE A CERTIFICAÇÃO

Os participantes que forem bem sucedidos no processo de certificação ficarão inscritos como membros da Scrum Alliance e ficam também registados como Certified Scrum Masters nas listagens oficiais.
Os participantes que sejam Project Management professionals (PMP) pelo Project Management Institute (PMI) ficam habilitados a receber 14 Professional Development Units

ACERCA DO INSTRUTOR

Mitch Lacey is an agile practitioner and trainer. Mitch has been managing projects for over twelve years and has numerous plan-driven and agile projects under his belt.

Mitch honed his agile skills at Microsoft Corporation, where he successfully released core enterprise services for Windows Live. While at Microsoft, he transitioned from Program Manager to Agile Coach, working hand-in-hand with groups throughout their transition to Agile practices. After Microsoft, Mitch was the Agile Practice Manager at Ascentium Corporation where he practiced agility on the projects he ran every day while coaching customers on agile practices and lessons on agile adoption worldwide.

As a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and a registered Project Management Professional (PMP), Mitch shares his experience in project and client management through Certified ScrumMaster courses, Agile coaching engagements, conference presentations, blogs and white papers.

He is the author of “Adventures in Promiscuous Pairing” presented and published at the Agile 2006 conference, “Transitioning to Agile: Key Lessons Learned in the Field” presented and published at the Fall 2007 PMI Global Congress in Atlanta, Georgia and "The Impacts of Poor Estimating - and How to Fix It" presented and published at the winter 2007 SQE Agile development conference in Orlando, Florida. He also presented at Agile 2008 in Toronto Canada on a variety of topics, as well as the Better Software Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada in June 2008. He is the Organizational Culture chair for the Agile 2009 conference.

Mitch is currently under contract with Addison Wesley to publish a book titled "Scrum: A Survival Guide" scheduled for publication in 2009.

Este valor inclui os dois dias de Formação, a certificação na Scrum Alliance a quem passar na certificação. Estão também incluídos no custo os coffe-breaks e o almoço durante os dois dias de formação (Não existe menu vegetariano).

A Formação será feita no Hotel Real Oeiras nos dias 1 e 2 de Outubro de 2009. Terá início às 9:30 e terminará por volta das 18h00
A certificação será feita em Inglês.
